The Department of Computer Science and Technology of Nanjing University has fully leveraged its disciplinary advantages in software and intelligence. By taking “data, algorithm, software, and system” as the starting point, they have maintained the total number of credits and hours while focusing on key areas, making up for deficiencies, shifting focus, and strengthening teacher resources. They have focused on internal improvement and explored a path with Nanjing University’s characteristics. First, they have strengthened the theoretical foundation of computer intelligence by taking data as the link and algorithm as the core. Second, they have established a professional knowledge structure for human-machine-object fusion by taking software as the carrier and system as the support. Third, they take “triple integration and application-oriented” as their guiding principle, and strengthen students’ ability to abstract and solve applied problems through the following three courses:
1) The first classroom driven by integrated problem-solving such as enterprise joint classroom.
2) The second classroom driven by cutting-edge technology such as undergraduate open day and lectures by internationally renowned scholars.
3) The third classroom driven by production and research, such as school-enterprise joint laboratory and enterprise practice base.
