Curriculum Overview
The MCT program offers a well-structured curriculum divided into four types of courses:
- Type A: Compulsory courses, including language studies (exempted with HSK3).
- Type B: Knowledge foundation courses, requiring completion of at least two out of five courses.
- Type C: Practical skill-focused courses, with a minimum of six credits needed.
- Type D: Optional research-oriented courses.
All courses adds up to at least 32 credits. Featured courses include Introduction to Data Mining, Discrete Mathematics, Computer Networks, Advanced Algorithms, and many more, allowing students to tailor their studies to align with their research interests and career aspirations.

To apply for admission to our graduate program, please ensure that you meet the following eligibility criteria:
Eligibility
Non-Chinese citizen: You must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
Academic qualifications: You should possess a Bachelor’s degree or provide a pre-graduation certificate indicating that you will complete your bachelor’s program by July in the year of application.
Language Requirements
English language proficiency: If you prefer to study in English, you must have a TOEFL score above 85 or an IELTS score above 6.0. However, if English is your native language, you are exempt from providing English test results.
Applicants should also be willing to learn Chinese and pass HSK Level 3 (Elementary Chinese) before graduation.
Application Timeline
- Application Period: March 1st to May 20th.
- Preliminary Review Feedback: Within 3 working days of receiving the application; if additional materials are needed, please submit the relevant documents before the application deadline.
- Written and Interview Notification: Notifications of the format and specific times for written tests and interviews will be sent via email between April and May.
- Admission Notification: Admission results will be communicated to the students in batches through system messages and emails between May and June.
- Visa Application: June to August, successful applicants can apply for a visa and book flights.
- Registration Time: Early September.
